Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and location:

Standard (Domestic) 3 to 7 business days
Expedited (Domestic) 2 to 3 business days
International Shipping 7 to 21 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, inclement weather, or high seasonal volume.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their local government.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
Trackstar Clothing is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Packages lost due to errors made by the shipping carrier.

  • Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. (Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.)


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at trackstarclothing2025@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or arranging a replacement.
